The service

ProxyRadar provides IP network classification through an API and web interface. Results combine matches in the available local dataset with an external provider check when local data cannot resolve a lookup. They are informational signals, not guarantees about a visitor’s identity, intent or safety.

Your account

Keep your account and API key secure. Do not share access publicly or use the service to violate another person’s rights, evade lawful restrictions or disrupt systems. You are responsible for how your application uses classification results.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes 1,000 queries per day. Paid plans and their daily allowances are shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. The checkout or billing portal shows the amount and any applicable adjustment before you confirm a transaction.

Cancellation and refund requests

Manage cancellation through your account’s billing portal. The portal displays when cancellation takes effect. Refund requests can be submitted within 10 days of purchase through account support; submitting a request does not itself cancel a subscription or guarantee a refund.

Coverage and availability

Public IP lists and external provider results can be incomplete or outdated, and the service can be temporarily unavailable. Do not use a single network classification as the sole basis for a consequential decision. Review the data sources and limitations, handle API errors and use your own application context.
