Choose a policy before you block
WordPress, Cloudflare and Express start in monitor mode. They can evaluate the overall classification, specific categories and local IP rules. Unknown results stay unknown. Hosting and VPN use can be legitimate, so review your results and provide an appeal path before enabling enforcement.
What these tools do
They classify public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. They do not test proxy ports, measure proxy speed, identify people, or guarantee that traffic is safe. No integration bypasses account quotas or replaces application rate limiting.
Source code, configuration examples and setup instructions are included in every ZIP. Review and test on your own staging site before deployment. The WordPress ZIP is installed manually; it is not a WordPress.org directory listing.
